Patience and Caring On the following essay, you're going to be reviewing whether the two values of patience and caring are present in the story by Ralph Waldo Emerson, "Self-Reliance".
In this story Ralph Waldo talks about trusting yourself, accept who you are, what you have and what god gives you day through day. First of all, caring is theprocessofprotectingsomeone or something andproviding what thatpersonor thingneeds, serious attention or consideration applied to doing something correctly or to avoid damage or risk, it is also feel concerned or interested.
I think the value of caring is present in the story cause, this text it's mostly about caring about yourself , not focus about what people say about you, and don't let it and their opinions hurt your own thoughts and feelings. In life you'll always find people like this who would like to take you down, they will always disparage your duty. He says that is better and more easier to live by your own in soli…
